The Clerk wrote to BT on 20th May. 

A second letter was sent by the Clerk on the 24th June.  Awaiting an acknowledgement.

Clerk in touch with Andrew Ritchings re any progress on this but was informed that documentation still being prepared.  Once this has been completed he will be able to progress to the Order.

The Clerk contacted the Planning Advice Team regarding Temporary Haul Road Closure.

The Appeal Decision dated 5 January 2006 states that “the cessation of use of the temporary haul road on a time basis – three years from the date of the first use.

Landscape Bunds to the East of Thornton Road.  The Clerk contact Ben Smeeden re the neglected landscape bunds.

Ben Smeeden will contact the Developer re the infestation of thistles in the bunds and let us have any progress in the matter.

Parking at Priors Green Community Hall

 

The Clerk has written to Planning stating that the Parish Council is concerned about this and has asked if anything can be done to alleviate the problem.

Home-Start Uttlesford

 

The Clerk received a letter on the 28th June saying they are starting another Volunteer Preparation Course in October 2010.  The letter included a leaflet for the next Parish Magazine. 

 

The Clerk will send this leaflet to Takeley Parish Council for inclusion in the next edition of the Grapevine.
