Bacon End, Pharisee Green, Brands Farm and Bury Farm – 4.5 MILES

Starting near Little Oddyns on High Cross Lane this 4.5 mile walk goes towards Bacon End, Pharisee Green and then back via Brands Farm and Bury Farm. There is a bit of road work at the start but it is well worth it. There are no stiles but the crossfield section after Canfield Thrift woods can be a bit muddy if wet. At the crossfield section when you come out of the woods at Canfield Thrift, just turn sharp right when you go over the bridge, follow the field edge for about 20 yards then at the way marker post turn left and head straight across the field towards Tanners. At Pharisee Green do not be intimidated by the gates. The public footpath does run right through the premises.
